Contact details you share with us — name, phone number, email address, and monthly revenue band — when you request a diagnostic or start a conversation. During engagements, we also handle business data you grant us access to: ad accounts, analytics properties, website backends, and CRM records, strictly as needed to do the work.
To deliver the diagnostic or engagement you asked for, to communicate about your account, to improve our systems, and to meet legal obligations. We do not run unrelated marketing on your contact details, and client data is never shown publicly — case numbers are published only anonymised or with written permission.
We never sell, rent, or broker your personal or business data to anyone, for any reason. Access inside our team is limited to the people working your engagement, and every engagement is covered by NDA on request.
We share data only with infrastructure and platform providers acting under contract on our behalf (hosting, analytics, and the ad platforms you instruct us to operate), or when compelled by law. Tracking we install on client properties belongs to the client, in the client's own accounts.
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. Account access you grant us is revoked at handover when the engagement ends, and credentials are never stored longer than necessary.
